Priestess of the goddess of healing, shes regenerating that warrioress' arm after a battle...
The Tibetan script is just the word "regenerate" using that alphabet. The Kanji on the staff is naosu - health I think, or heal...
Had to get some better grass brushes... and I had to learn how to do smoke... the cloud pattern is an enlarged part of a floodfill... it was a fun pic to do. ^_^
